John is a fintech founder, software/data engineer, and regtech operator who builds systems where code, compliance, and commercial outcomes are inseparable. Previously, he served as Director of Business Strategy Analytics for USAA’s credit card business, delivering $150M+ in incremental revenue and implementing auditable MLOps pipelines. A true full-stack technologist, John holds a JD in Business Transactions from Baylor Law, an MBA from UVA Darden, and a BA in Mathematics.

Nicole is a community-rooted fintech professional on a mission to modernize banking for small businesses and families. With over a decade of experience in banking, sales, and business development, she specializes in helping entrepreneurs access the tools they need to grow. Known as "the banker you can text," Nicole brings a hands-on, deeply personal approach to driving growth and fostering merchant relationships.
Dr. Gregory Luk, DDS
Launch Partner
Dr. Luk is a Partner at Fort Dental, one of Fort Worth's premier independent dental practices. Prior to earning his DDS at UTHealth School of Dentistry and achieving Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, he served as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant (Green Beret) in the US Army. As the visionary behind Vocarity's initial concept, Dr. Luk brings unparalleled domain expertise in independent practice economics, patient trust-building, and scaling clinical operations in a highly competitive market.
